B1

This is an automatic vibrating press for the production of special vibrated and compressed elements.

B1 is particularly suitable for products which require the overturning of the mould for their extraction. In its forming area the machine can produce a wide range  of products as: culverts, wells, channels, blocks and many others with or without steel reinforcement.

Vibration is performed by a special vibrating chassis where the mould is blocked by means bolts or a fast hydraulic device. This vibration system together with our extractor device allows to produces concrete products without or with a little conical shape.

B1 machine is produced in mobile version or stationary version.

The vibrating-press B3, thanks to its performaces and production sizes, is currently the most requested.

With its large forming area the machine is suitable for producing concrete products as: culverts, rings, drainage traps, inspection chambers, road curbstones, New Jersey barriers, water channels, lids, and many others elements, either with or without steel reinforcement.

B3 is equipped with a robust press, featuring 2 powerful vibrators which allows the moulding of concrete elements, even with differentiated compressions across their surface. Vibration is performed by a special vibrating chassis where the mould is blocked by means bolts or a fast hydraulic device. This vibration system together with our extractor device allows to produces concrete products without or with a little conical shape.

B3 machine is produced in mobile version or stationary version.

With its large forming area the machine is suitable for producing concrete products as: culverts, rings, drainage traps, inspection chambers, road curbstones, New Jersey barriers, water channels, lids, and many others elements, either with or without steel reinforcement.

B4 is equipped with a robust press, featuring 2 powerful vibrators which allows the moulding of concrete elements, even with differentiated compressions across their surface. Vibration is performed by vibrators connected directly to the mould by means of fast couplings, and locked on special steel supports. This vibration system together with our extractor device allows to produces concrete products without or with a little conical shape.

B4 machine is produced in mobile version or stationary version.
